LEICA Monochrom M246 LENNY KRAVITZ * DRIFTER * EDITION SET.
"DRIFTER" and which is again designed by Lenny Kravitz (as he already worked together with Leica for a different Leica edition called the “CORRESPONDENT” which we’re also offering on e-Bay at the moment actually) in an edition of only 125 pieces (Leica number : 10916).
The "Drifter" special edition comes with a Leica M Monochrom (Typ 246) camera, 28mm f/2 Summicron-M ASPH and 75mm f/2 APO-Summicron-M ASPH lenses, along with a range of matching accessories.
Both the camera and lenses are finished in a custom sepia-brown paint, complemented by areas of raw, unpainted brass.
The set we’re offering (which is of course brand new and un-used in the original boxes) has got serial number : 9018240 and carries the special limited edition number : 090/125.
A special Stella McCartney designed vegan faux snakeskin leatherette wraps around the camera and adorns an accompanying carrying strap. The 28mm lens features a newly-designed, retractable lens shade, and both lenses are constructed from solid brass, a first for either of these Leica optics. Rounding out the set, two rigid vintage-inspired lens cases, two soft-sided zippered travel accessory pouches and "The Drifter Traveler" weekender-type bag provide ample options to carry everything in style.
