It’s been a long and hard search, possibly exciting enough to make a Bond movie out of it, but we were finally able to get our hands on one!! The Leica Q2 “007 edition” is an incredible set that would fit right into the hands of James Bond. The Q2 is already a camera that falls in line with all that James Bond represents, and the adjustments and additions really completes it. For example, the beautiful case made by globetrotter will make you feel like you’re on a mission, only your shots will be less deadly . Another nice detail is the lens cap, showing the same iconic "through the gun barrel" design as can be seen in every bond film. At the same time the gun barrel seems very similar to the aperture found in lenses.
All in all it’s a greatly detailed set and considering the very limited run of 250 sets we feel lucky to have been able to get our hands on one. Not only that, the edition number is quite special too! We do not have the 007/250, but the next best thing: 070/250!! How great is that?
