Leica PROTO-TYPE 16mm
The camera itself is in a working condition,complete with the shutter but again (similar to the CL) the curtains are very dry. It is complete with the rangefinder that works perfectly using the wheel under the base plate (see picture) and also the aperture is working using the round wheel with the aperture scale located on the top of the camera. There are only 3 cameras known to exist which are all different from one and the other. There’s also one published in Lars Netopil's book. This one has got the “full” engravings on it saying “Leica 16” which the camera in the book does not have it.
