In October 2010 Leica launched a limited edition of the Leica X1 cause the famous Parisian boutique and concept store L’Eclaireur was celebrating its 30th anniversary in October 2010. For the occasion they teamed up with Gilles Ouaki and Leica, to produce a limited edition of their X1 digital camera. The camera is engraved with the characters of Gilles Ouaki and features red leather details. Also an original signed picture was included with this set for which Mr.Gilles Ouaki made a special request to the owner of Foto Henny Hoogeveen. He signed it personally for the owner Duncan Meeder. Limited to only 30 pieces this set has got serialnumber : 24/30.
