This one is the Leica M6 "Durchschnitt" or in English;a cutaway Leica M6. It is made in black chrome and has got serialnumber :1916203. There is relatively not much documented by Leica about these cameras,besides that they are made as personal projects of apprenticed students who were hoping for employment at the Leica factory. Camera is fully functional and shows perfectly how an M system works.
