Physical visits to shops can be a risk due to Covid-19. However we are passionate to deliver the personal experience that you are able to get when you visit the store. In this case we solved that by giving a new Leica customer an explanation of his new camera through a digital video call. This way we gave the customer good information without any risks involved.
